My wife and I recently took a fly fishing lesson there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our teacher was Gerardo and he did a great job explaining tackle, the tendencies of trout, how to determine what fly to use, and coached us very well on casting. We spent a good deal of time practicing on the New River which is a very scenic location. We feel very confident and are excited to build upon the knowledge we gained fro Gerardo. Thanks Gerardo and thanks Rivergirl! We will be back to fish more and use your other services soon.
Rivergirl Fishing Company is an awesome experience. The Town of Todd, the building, the staff, and especially the RIVER! Beautiful place. Loved everything about it.

it was an awesome experience and cool to be in the oldest river in north america
We had fun today but the river was running fast! The one hour put in only allowed a 30 min float. Probably won’t do the short one again. Never got stuck though so that’s a plus!
Friendliest people ever, no crowds good prices and will definitely come back!
