Rooms are needing updating. Community microwave on each floor was different, the one on our floor was not working so had to go to another floor to use. Very strong cigarette smoke smell when entering the front doors to the hotel/casino. Front desk person, Dionne, was very pleasant and informative!

The Front Desk Staff Was Great Dionne, Jessica, Denise Levi, And Your Security Teams, Plus Your Housekeeping, Only Problem I Had Was The Elevators Was Down And We Had To Walk Downstairs. Freda Roby

The customer service in the restaurant was awesome, the air conditioner was very good - which was much needed during the heat wave! The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The Place was better than expected and the hospitality and professionalism from the staff was a cut above. I would definitely recommend staying here. I know I'll be back for sure.
