The room was in good condition but the shower heads are horrible the pressure is too hard it almost feels like stinging. Also the water didn't get hot otherwise it was a good stay

Initial room had a television problem and the front desk moved us without issue. All the staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great shower with plenty of pressure.

Our stay at River Walk Casino Hotel was a mixed bag. Overall, the hotel is pretty good! The rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable—definitely a plus after a long day. However, the casino itself could use a serious upgrade in its ventilation system; it felt a bit stifling while we were there. Now, onto the dining experience.
