The staff and casino were great! Easy to get to, the Smileys restrant has great food and the staff was awesome and friendly. Would have gave a 4 star review but the lack of hot water and calf deep in shower water because the tub draind porley kinda held the vote down. The other side of it is when they were made aware of the issue,,,, i got a smile and your receipt will be e mailed to U. Thanks for staying. Expected i guess??

I have stayed her three times now, and the front desk attendant has always been friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The rooms have dark wood and makes the room darker, but I enjoy that. Rooms have always been clean and the beds are comfortable. The main selling point is my wife liked it.

There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Although they said it was non-smoking, the casino on the 1st floor was filled with smoke, which permeated into the rooms. On other floors.
