Verified Renter We recently moved in June/21. The Riverwalk Pointe property is in a great location. The property is clean and well maintained. The management does excellent work on creating a sense of community. Everybody that we have met are very friendly. We enjoy the amenities (gym/pool/cookout area). The community is quiet and we feel very safe here. It is a very good value for the money. I will recommend this complex to all of my friends.

Verified Renter This is will mark year 6 as a resident of Riverwalk Pointe. It is a 55. community but that does not seem to restrict the enjoyment people have living here. We come together around social activities and build friendships. The property is well kept, the architectural design of the buildings makes it appear as two buildings when its actually really 4 with an open breezeway through the center. Verified Renter Our maintenance personnel are excellent in their promptness and professionalism. My bathroom sink was stopped up and Junior came right away and used the drain snake to clean it out - it was amazing and I have never seen anything work so good after being fixed!
