Verified Renter I have lived at Riverwalk for almost five years. Selling my home was major but the decision to move here could not have been better. When my family visits, they comment that I live in a resort and that is how most of the residents feel. Anyone from the north would feel as if they were living in what we used to call a garden apartment; no hallway, each apartment has its entrance from outside. The staff is the most accommodating I have ever encountered. The location to the beach, parks, restaurants is fabulous.
