All exterior maintenance is extremely well kept such as painting, landscaping & constant cleaning. The many activities & on going events are endless. There's something for everyone & it's pet friendly. The available garage parking is very important to us.
Verified Renter This is an awesome 55 living environment it has great architecture love design, is safe, and in a quiet area but accessible to many resources . In this community of strangers I have found a family of friends. I hope is that the rental rate increases are kept reasonable so that I do not move to find something I can afford on a retirement income of a teacher.
