Verified Renter Riverwalk has been very friendly and attentive to our needs. They make us feel very comfortable and are always there to help us.
Verified Renter Withthe exception of residual communication concerns about signifcant events like elevator shut dows and the US 1 noise, we are quite happy here. The location is ideal with access to beach, Riverwalk, all types of shopping and restaurants and other facilities. The management has been getting better with communication and the only reason we would consider leaving is for a quieter location as US 1 does take away from pool and balcony enjoyment.

Verified Renter Riverwalk Pointe is a great place to live. The apartments are quite nice. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is awesome, and the staff could not be better. Whether entertaining us or just making sure issues are promptly resolved, the staff does a great job making this the best apartment community around!

Owning 3 homes in FL, we've been thru several hurricanes & feel so secure w/these hurricane proof windows. They work! We were living here during our last hurricane.
