Everything I need and more! Living at Riverwalk is lovely! Here is a list of things I LOVE! I feel safe! I can walk to the beach! There is immediate attention from the manager! The maintenance man is always available and on time. There are dance classes, exercise classes, canasta games, and at least once per month parties in the clubhouse. Residents swim daily, getting a little sunshine and enjoying life! I absolutely love the garage! Being able to get into my car during inclement weather is the best! Verified Renter Comfortably maintained community with certain facilities that are being upgraded. The entire staff is very responsive. The appliances are a lower grade and need to be replaced.
Verified Renter There are nice things about the apartment but if smelling cigarette smoke and yapping dogs are irritating to you I would not advise you to move in.
