Didn't want a side out and it was noisy but it got us where we were going

Friendly customer service, helpful help desk. Vehicle condition is okay, but having an uncomfortable mattress is not so nice. Also the towels were not working very well. The inner of the vehicle does show many repairs/fixes, which affects the 'atmosphere' a little.
