Very, nice, helpfull and friendly people working at the branch in Seattle. Good organized and everything was well prepared. The motorhome was quite new and very clean. Unfortunatly we could not use the Coffe-making-Maschine because the cable was to short to reach the plug. And we missed a little toolset. Some screws were loose and we bought an Allen key set to keep things working. But all in all it was a great experience to travel with the Road Bear RV. Thank you!

I rarely write reviews but make an exception here as I had very good experience. I am relatively new to campervans, with extensive. experience camping. In this sense I. come from an activity background interested in hikes and the outdoor experience. We also have a small child thus our upgrading from tents to a more toddler suitable environment. Had a tricky reservation, but customer service (Iris) was great! It wasn't possible this time to use Road Bear due to late reservation, but definately will next time!

The good: Staff at the rental center were friendly and helpful. The RV was clean and functioned well. The bad: Check in and check out were a bit slow which seemed to be due to a less than ideal internet connection. The towels never really dried completely. The bedding was also substandard (pillows are lumpy, no duvet, tiny blankets). This required going to Walmart to purchase decent pillows and a duvet). Dan was good it was everything we expected it to be except for the beds that was why I only gave it four stars but otherwise good company deal with and would recommend them
