December was fantastic. She was very thorough and helpful with our rental and all aspects of our trip. She’s pleasant and courteous and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist us with our needs. During check in and also upon return she was fantastic. We hope to see her again next year. We have been renting for several years for this annual trip and will always return to roadbear because of your staff like December. Thank you.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received. We drove all the way up from LA and I had several questions along the way. I had the pleasure of speaking with December several times and her professionalism and knowledge about our RV reassured me I could handle driving it. It is rare to come across someone who is so passionate about their job as December is. Highly recommend this location and all though the entire staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, December stole the show!!

Road Bear RV is a top notch facility. Everyone here is really great, having exceptional customer service. They will take care of you, even if you accidentally damage one (haha, please learn from my mistake and pay extra for the $0 deductible)! The RV's were actually much cleaner and nicer than I was expecting. They go out of their way to make sure everything is kept in excellent shape and ready to go when you are.
