I've been buying shoes here for around a year. I run a lot, so I've already purchased several pairs for myself and husband. I'm currently in Northern Wisconsin and needed a new pair so I ordered a new brand to get shipped to me. I tried them on in the house and within the house immediately HATED them. i bought from canada, they never sent it correctly even when i called to confirm address, so everything was good, they said yes and few days later i got a refund that i never asked for an amount.much lower that i paid almost 40 dollars less that what i paid, theyŭ made the mistake and the keep 40 dollar?( shiping mistake from them) ridiculous taking advantage from overseas clients, never again will recomend this web site in Canada.

There’s a 3-5 day wait to talk to a Supervisor because they won’t take live calls?! If you’re that busy you’re probably messing up quite a lot.
