Go somewhere else! Yes, the salesman appeared knowledgeable and was not bad, just slow. The reason that he was slow because a employee, (sounded like a manager), interrupted our conversation about what I wanted and started explaining what his customer wanted and told my salesman to help them. My salesman immediately started helping these other customers. The worst part was that not one employee said anything to acknowledge the rude customer service! Go to ANY other shoe store, especially if you just simply want to try on shoes and buy them. Exaggerated processes mean extra long wait times. I don't mind a small waiting time if the place is busy and people are helping others, but when my name is called and you put me with an associate who is already helping someone and tell me they will help me "shortly ", then move on to the next three names while I'm still waiting.....I'm going to have a bad time. I am beyond upset with your store. Back in the summer I was given a certificate for a free pair of shoes up to $120 from finishing 2nd in the splash mob 5k. I came into your store today to get a pair of Nike vomero which unfortunately we're over the $120 limit. I fully expected to have to pay the difference which I was told I could not do. I pleaded with them that all I wanna do is pay the difference and be on my way. They would not budge.
