Incredible customer service. The staff are unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful, they take a very scientific approach to find the right shoe for you.
This place is great! Walked in and was greeted immediately. Put my name on the list to be fitted for shoes and inserts. A quick run on the treadmill was very educational after Justine showed me how I run and what I need to correct and how what she was selling me would help. Tried on 5 pairs of shoes and finally narrowed it down to Saucony Guide 10. I will most definitely be back! Thank you Road Runner Team and Justine!
We worked with Jessica, she was very patient with us. We needed up buying two insoles and a pair of shoes. My feet are very happy.
