RecommendedNick helped me get into a new pair of Saucony Triumph. Very helpful and spent the time with me to find the right shoes. We did the treadmill running analysis and after 3 years of running training it was time for me to move into neutral shoes - so many more options! I'll surely be back for trail shoes and racing shoes too!

Great help for finding the right shoes and getting custom inserts to prepare me for The 3 Day.
First time in the store and first time being fit for shoes. Everyone was great, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm not a runner or even fit, but I want to get walking more as I get healthy. They treated me just as helpfully as the runners filling the store (it was marathon packet pickup day). Love them and will definitely be back!
Really nice store. Great layout and lots of room to move around in with friendly staff. The fitting process was really interesting, I liked learning how my feet land and what type of shoes I should wear. It was my first visit to the store. Janae and Chelsea were very helpful in getting me into a new pair of Brooks Ghost 7s--I was still wearing my beat up Ghost 4s--and custom insoles. Went to Road runner Sports to get fitted for shoes for upcoming 5k events my husband and I will be running. Troy was very helpful and helped my husband and I find perfect shoes. We went with our two boys and he was very patient and friendly with them as well. Now VIP members we will be going back for sure.
I just visited last week - received some expert advice and purchased the custom inserts - have had two successful, long-distance runs since, pain-free. I recommend stopping by for the shoe dog evaluation.
