I walked into Road Runner Sports in Elkridge yesterday looking for a specific brand of shoes, and two hours later because of the exceptional customer service I received, I walked out in a new pair of Hoka shoes and with another pair, a pullover, and compression socks in a bag. Amazing customer service. Husband and I were waited on by Jack. He was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped find is the best shoes for our feet and create custom insoles for me. We will definitely be back
