I took my son here yesterday because an 11-y/o should not complain about foot pain every time he walks or runs for an extended period. A friend recommended the store and I chose to come to the Elkridge location. We were greeted with cheer by Hallie, and the experience got better from there. She took such good care of my son, who ultimately got an assessment that included a video of his walk on the treadmill and a foot scan. I am once again blown away by how this store goes above and beyond for customers. My story is way too long to type but they absolutely helped with an online order situation that could easily have been a Christmas nightmare. I want to also add that no one in my family is a runner but we shop here because the service and product knowledge is stellar. Sarah is the best! My husband and I visited Road Runner Sports in Columbia on a Friday afternoon, so the store was quite busy. We were quickly greeted by Sarah and soon after had a gait assessment, custom insoles, and many great shoe options based on my personal preferences.
