His ability to make one comfortable with his recommended diagnosis/treatment plan(s). Dr Deitch explains himself clearly and in simplified terms to the patient. Both my wife Mararet and I are patients of his and he has our complete confidence.
Dr. Deitch did a great job talking to me in plain English about what was going on with my sinuses. He was very through and I learned a lot about other health issues that weren't even related. He's very caring and willing to answer every question. He has a very friendly demeanor and quickly found a solution to my issue.

I have worn hearing aids for over 50 years and I also can have serious allergies issues affecting my sinuses. Dr Deitch has been my ENT Dr, for nearly 25 years. During that time he has provided excellent care. A few years back when I was having issues with drainage out of one of my ears, it was Dr Deitch who suggested having an x-ray of my head just to get a clearer picture of what was going on. Dr. Deitch carefully answers all my questions. He is a very kind man and explains procedures for care and prevention of illnesses. I would unequivocally recommend him. Also, the staff is terrific.

He is very thorough in his initial exam and gives an explanation of what is wrong and how he can correct your problem. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his service. Had surgery and is very happy with the results.
