The entire syst was polite and welcoming, I have always been nervous about having surgery, but they was the staff treats you as well as the doctor, they made me laugh and helped me feel better about it. Very professional. And definitely informative
Alabama Surgical Arts is a well-organized medical practice characterized by friendly, efficient people at the front desk. The technicians are professional, courteous and kind. Dr. Nizam is an extraordinary oral surgeon. He extracted a molar in preparation for an implant. No swelling, acetaminophen-controlled pain, minimal bleeding and effective, beautiful (function follows form) sutures. Dr. Nizam also called me last night to ask how I was doing and to answer any questions I might have.
I was treated very well, given an explanation of my treatment and made very comfortable. Dr. personally called after procedure to check on me. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Staff - from the office staff to the medical team that works closely with Dr Nizam. Excellent! He has recently done 2 dental implants for my husband and 1 for me. The personal phone calls after the surgery to follow up meant a lot. That is unheard of these days! Very much appreciated!
Great front desk. Good communication skills from staff and Dr. After surgery Dr called me at home to check on me. It meant a lot to me.

All of my visits have been great thus far. All of the office staff and assistants are courteous and professional. Doctor Nizam is over the top. Courteous, professional, and caring. Even called on the afternoon of each surgery to make sure all was well. Who does that in the all about me world of today?in my case 10 would be to low of a score all around for everyone there.
