Hello Mr. Zambrano, On Thursday, I scheduled an 11am appointment to have my car serviced. Upon my arrival at 10:50am, I received a very warm welcome from Mr. Karl Small. He was very cordial and most professional. I wanted an oil change and my tires rotated along with having my Sentra checked out (I just purchased it in May). He made me feel like a VIP! Lol! I went in on Tuesday for a oil change and tire rotation, I was greeted by a very friendly young man. I had my grand baby with me so told me to go ahead and have a seat and he would bring my paper work to me. I was very pleased but the wait time was two and half hours. But my complaint is the play area for children. The toys were very dirty, I hated my grand baby had to play with them. Please clean and sterilize those toys because babies loves to put them in their mouths.
