I was treated with the utmost respect and Courtesy than I can ever imagine. Mr. Van Nocker is the example of what Customer service satisfaction is all about. Van is my service contact and he goes above and beyond making sure I understand everything and checks on me while I wait. anytime I call with a question he calls back right away if I don't reach him.
