Although it took an hour to get my car back for an oil change, point inspection and tire rotation, the actual work took only minutes as they work very fast like my time really did matter!!

We bought 2 cars at one time so it was a very long day, but the sales team made us very comfortable and treated us well. We have already had both cars serviced and the service staff was also great to deal with!

I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Rock Hill Nissan back in December 2019. Dalton Tassinari was my salesman. He was great. He went above and beyond to help get me in what I wanted and that Honda Pilot was it. Thank you Dalton for everything. When I purchased my Pilot I was told I get my first oil change free. The service department is great. The parts department seems a little overwhelmed with demand. I ordered a part last Wednesday. Had it installed Friday. It is now Monday and I still don't have a part receipt. And I have called and reminded them I needed one.
