Waiting five years for Rock Solud to fix an awful siding installation that is ruining our drywall around our windows, siding that fell off, trim ring fell off and still not replaced, missing tyvek, pics of them not replacing wood that was rotted ( on contract) and severely messed up trim, siding going downhill, trim not meeting corner trim, siding not overlappping, cuts in siding from saw, crooked electrical fixtures, etc. a new rep comes out every year to “ appease us” making us think it will finally get fixed this year ( ... read more
They don’t back there warranty. They put my shingles on wrong around my chimney they will not fix it. Also Never return your calls if you call them. They want on top of the money I payed for the roof 1400 hundred to fix. They never showed up when they said they would come out to look at my roof.
This company STARTED my deck in 2021. It’s still incomplete in July 2025 and cannot be approved by our building inspector due to defects. The boards are buckling, it drains toward my house and the stairs have a two foot drop off that was never completed. They refuse to repair their work or honor their warranty, though they strung me along for nearly five years saying thru would.
