They don’t back there warranty. They put my shingles on wrong around my chimney they will not fix it. Also Never return your calls if you call them. They want on top of the money I payed for the roof 1400 hundred to fix. They never showed up when they said they would come out to look at my roof.
This company STARTED my deck in 2021. It’s still incomplete in July 2025 and cannot be approved by our building inspector due to defects. The boards are buckling, it drains toward my house and the stairs have a two foot drop off that was never completed. They refuse to repair their work or honor their warranty, though they strung me along for nearly five years saying thru would. they did a decent job on my roof and porch($20,000) but damaged the siding doing both jobs. Was not pleased with the resolution. plus, they left supplies 2YEARS AGO that they still haven't picked up. Levi won't return my call or respond to my (snail mail) letters.
Customer service is lacking. We've been trying to get a hold of Rock Solid to repair some siding they had installed previously. At one point we finally connected with someone, and were told we'd get a call back that afternoon regarding next steps. Two weeks later, multiple voicemails left and emails sent, and still no call back.

Update Apr2025: Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They did a horrible job with my deck, and they honestly think this was a good job; again, see pictures below. For what it is worth, I have submitted a review to the BBB and begun to add reviews elsewhere. Many attempts to resolve my matter, but false promises from them. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
New next door neighbors installed a fence and we had just regraded and planted new seed in our yard. They placed the fencing pieces on our newly planted yard and walked all over it. When we politely went out to ask them to please try to stay off the grass and move the pieces the gentleman blew us off and never moved the pieces.
I have left multiple calls and emails asking them to come out to repair an issue with the gutters they installed. Horrible customer service!
Company does not have you best interest! I previously worked there and received and still receive calls from customers stating they have issues that have not been addressed they have suppliers contacting them that materials have yet to be paid for. I myself have not been paid for services provided and when I contact the company ( upper management & owner) about this they tell me I will be paid.
