Our driveway was done horribly. Numerous large cracks within the first year. We called and called and called and were told they contract out their cement work so they aren’t responsible. Totally unfair- I was completely unaware it wasn’t the company themselves performing the job and have no influence on who they use for their own contracted job. I would not recommend.
Waiting five years for Rock Solud to fix an awful siding installation that is ruining our drywall around our windows, siding that fell off, trim ring fell off and still not replaced, missing tyvek, pics of them not replacing wood that was rotted ( on contract) and severely messed up trim, siding going downhill, trim not meeting corner trim, siding not overlappping, cuts in siding from saw, crooked electrical fixtures, etc. a new rep comes out every year to “ appease us” making us think it will finally get fixed this year ( ... read more
They don’t back there warranty. They put my shingles on wrong around my chimney they will not fix it. Also Never return your calls if you call them. They want on top of the money I payed for the roof 1400 hundred to fix. They never showed up when they said they would come out to look at my roof.
This company STARTED my deck in 2021. It’s still incomplete in July 2025 and cannot be approved by our building inspector due to defects. The boards are buckling, it drains toward my house and the stairs have a two foot drop off that was never completed. They refuse to repair their work or honor their warranty, though they strung me along for nearly five years saying thru would. they did a decent job on my roof and porch($20,000) but damaged the siding doing both jobs. Was not pleased with the resolution. plus, they left supplies 2YEARS AGO that they still haven't picked up. Levi won't return my call or respond to my (snail mail) letters.
Customer service is lacking. We've been trying to get a hold of Rock Solid to repair some siding they had installed previously. At one point we finally connected with someone, and were told we'd get a call back that afternoon regarding next steps. Two weeks later, multiple voicemails left and emails sent, and still no call back.

Update Apr2025: Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They did a horrible job with my deck, and they honestly think this was a good job; again, see pictures below. For what it is worth, I have submitted a review to the BBB and begun to add reviews elsewhere. Many attempts to resolve my matter, but false promises from them.
