You are not able too around the RX in a timely fashion. I called the automated system at 8:30am on a Monday morning for a refill. They texted me that following Friday that they had received the prescription. By the following Friday I had to receive the prescription???? I called the following weekend (Friday and was told the person on your end posted a do date for two weeks. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Typically my order arrives within 2-3 days. However, they redid their phone system and now you can't leave a voicemail with your order. If you need help changing your address or payment process you have to call, go through the refill system, then call back and say you need to speak to someone, which is so tedious. They used to ask if you needed to speak with a pharmacist before completing your order. Additionally they no longer cover shipping, which added another $10 to my al... read more

In 2024 my repeated phone messages and email were not answered. Some changeover was happening and I suspect I was collateral damage.
I have communication problems in IF my compound has been prepared and WHEN it was shipped out. Seems like it takes an awfully LONG time for me to receive it, although sometimes it’s held up via shipping in my own state of Indiana!
Waiting for prescriptions via mail, can take over a week. I have run out of medication while waiting.
