In 2024 my repeated phone messages and email were not answered. Some changeover was happening and I suspect I was collateral damage.
I have communication problems in IF my compound has been prepared and WHEN it was shipped out. Seems like it takes an awfully LONG time for me to receive it, although sometimes it’s held up via shipping in my own state of Indiana!
Waiting for prescriptions via mail, can take over a week. I have run out of medication while waiting.
