My experience is always pleasant and excellent. They have never disappointed!
I like the refill reminders I receive. I had one issue with a refill, but it was solved very quickly by a friendly rep over the phone.
I have always had the great customer service when I have called and when I pick up I usually have the same gentleman and he is very nice and friendly. I have been very happy with their service. I needed a compound for a trip and they were very helpful getting me a bottle to help me for my trip and then I did get the second batch later when I got home. Very helpful.
The last few months service has vastly improved and returned to its former level. For a period of time before that, it was almost impossible to get through and place an order or find out if it was processed. There was no communication regarding receiving,'processing or completing an order. My recent orders have not been a problem. Four stars for THESE LAST MONTHS. Also, there was no charge for shipping until May 6-12 months ago.
