I believe that you have finally fixed the problems that I experienced before; very delayed response times, poor communication between Dr. fax and pharmacy, I once experienced an indifferent staff member when the fault was on the pharmacy, no apology, just indifference. My last prescription that you processed was communicated excellent from start to finish. I’m hoping that this is a new an ongoing practice.

Been getting my scripts here for quite a few years, and the ONLY problem I’ve ever had was when the new computer system was being put in place. Having worked with computers pretty much since way before they became common, I totally understand and knew that eventually the bugs would get worked out. ;)
