They took me in on time. I did not have to wait. My Hygienist Kelly was excellent. She was very gentle and take her time to examined my teeth and my gum before she cleanse them. I am very happy of the service. Dr. Tong was a great Dentist. Dr. Tong check my neck and tongue to make sure I am in good health and follow up by checking my teeth after the cleaning. I will recommend Dr. Tong to my friends.
My involvement with Rockville Smile is a win win. My husband and myself are met with a warm smile when we walk through the door. The office is up-to-date with the latest equipment. Dr. Tong, and his aidâ??s, Dental hygienists are extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff is always super friendly, they make certain the patient is comfy. There are TVâ??s in every room. Refreshment are available. The Dental office is neat but most of all exceptionally clean.

Hi Dr. Tong: It's been a while since I visited your office. I don't know what you did in that time but I gotta tell you, your new digs are awesome! From the kid's corner in the new waiting room to the staff to all of the doohickeys that adorn the new place (TV's on the ceilings!) your office really has a new and special feel to it! Given my general aversion to dentist offices, I give a huge thumbs up to Rockville Smiles!! I think most offices strive to have a staff that is welcoming and friendly, but often the "head honcho" is less so. Not the case here! Dr. Tong was just as personable and welcoming as his staff and everyone made it a point to explain things thoroughly and to answer my questions along the way. What I love about Rockville Smiles, besides the state of the art equipment and professional dental work, is all the things that the office does to make it easy to come there. There is validated parking, and Dr. Tong wants patients to be comfortable. Today, I had to bring children with me. They are allowed to play with the video games and there are three screens with different games from which they can choose.
