Staff always cheerful ,helpful and polite. If it weren't for the dental work this would be a great place to visit!!!!
My first visit and I was very satisfied. Warm reception, very clean and modern office. A very knowledgeable,gently, pleasant and patient dentist. I did not hesitate to make my next appointment right after my procedure.
I typically hate any kind of doctors appointments for the main fact that I'm always stuck waiting for 20 extra minutes but I never have to sit for more than 5 minutes before I'm seen. Dr. Tong and his staff are nothing but amazing. I have been there for the past couple years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I never dread visiting your dental office -- you and your people are always so friendly, and of course knowledgeable and professional. This time I got a tour of your beautiful new office and was treated very well by your 'new' hygienist.
Great work on my periodontal scaling guys! Its been 3days and my gums feel great! Thank you. My smile will be even prettier on my wedding day in 2wks!
Great visit. Kelly was wonderful, gentle and thorough. I had not been to the dentist for one year and I felt comfortable and at ease while she x-rayed and cleaned my teeth. Dr. Tong was personable and his examination was complete . The new office is well designed and sparkling cleaned. A very positive experience for a new patient. Thanks.
I had a wonderful experience at my appointment. The only thing I would say is that I was a tad disappointed that I have to come back to get my small cavities filled. I wish we could of handled it right then and there since it most likely would have only taken about a half an hour.
I had a great experience and am confident that my upcoming procedure will go well :)
