Dr. Tong is not only a great professional but also very friendly and open to listen and answer questions.He uses the latest technology to treat patients. The office is neat and the staff very friendly. I've been Dr. Tong's patient for a couple of years and I'm very satisfied with the quality of dental services I've received.
Very friendly and on time!
I just moved here from Buffalo NY, and I needed an emergency visit. Lucky for me the dentist that I called was out of town and they directed me to call Dr. Tong. He met me at his office on his day off! Sent me on my way with some prescriptions and a referral to see if I needed a root canal. I do not need it fortunately, but what suprised me is that I received a call from Dr. Tong later that week asking how I was doing. I didn't have a dentist in the area, but I do now. I couldn't be happier with Rockville Smiles! The entire staff is friendly and very responsive. My appointment actually started a couple minutes early (which was a huge treat because I am used to having to wait past my scheduled appointment time at other doctors' offices.) This was Jace's first visit to the dentist- he'll be 4 in May 2013. While I tried to prepare him prior to coming to the office and Ms. Tessa did a fantastic job introducing to the office, we still had some issues with the actual exam and cleaning. The staff and Dr. Tong were very patient and understanding. Luckily we were able to get his teeth cleaned. The only mistake was mine in that I scheduled an appointment for late in the day. All the staffs are very nice and it's a very conforting place when comes a dental visit.
The staff here do things w/ excellence and treat us like family. They are friendly and helpful. My 10 year old daughter praised her dental hygenist (Kelly) and said she was "perfect, very careful and didn't hurt my teeth at all!" The kids love the treasure box too. We get great dental care here!
Everyone was so nice it was great! And I got to watch Ellen while sitting there! I will be back in a week or so for the follow up. I don't like going to the dentist and this was so relaxing!
