they claim to be an urgent vet but they have no sense of urgency. after my wife drove over an hour in a severe storm to get our puppy some help because she started throwing up and pooping on herself. she was turned away because they didn't have a Dr working at the time. I called after she informed me they turned her away. I was told that the Dr on duty was in surgery and noone else in the building could help our puppy who was clearly needing emergency medical treatment. they told us to go to another emergency vet office that... read more
Jamie is extrodinarily rude and condescending with each and every communication. From what I could tell, the vet, himself, was friendly and courteous but Jamie runs the clients away by treating people ugly. We had to ask 11 times, over the course of an hour and 16 min, for an itemized statement....each time we got an incredibly rude response. I really appreciate you denying care to my dog who was in distress and struggling to breathe....at 10:30 at night when there are no vets open...around. I was already in route. Had to detour and head to Mesquite instead. No words or excuse for this.
