RecommendedOur 11 week old baby puppy experienced a trauma and we are an hour away from any emergency vets in our small town. These guys were fantastic from start to finish, I filled out the one sheet form online super easily and they work very quickly to get our puppy to the back and seen, I got regular updates on the phone as I waited in my car during the Covid era. Over the weekend, our sweet dog Bertie developed a nose bleed that we could not stop. Even during the COVID-19 crisis, Rockwall Urgent Vet was available to help us. We were able to make an appt and get her in to be seen quickly. The whole staff was very kind and so calm! Dr Daniels was very caring and identified a plan of care very quickly. On Sunday evening our beloved dog, Gracie needed to euthanized. We rushed here and everyone was so nice. Even though I was being a bit difficult. After she passed in our arms they gave us a lock of her hair and paw print. Georgia sat and listened to my blubbering and was there for me. Then today, Friday we received a beautiful card. We can’t tell you all how much everything you did meant to us. Hugs, everyone. Definitely recommend RUV!

Dr. Lomeli and everyone at RUV are beyond amazing!! One of our pups has been there twice in two months and had to stay 2 nights both times. Dr. Lomeli kept us updated through texts and phone calls and took such great care of him. I would highly recommend them.
