We just brought in a kitten that was dying -4 people infront of us, but the kitten was in critical condition. THEY LET HIM DIE IN OUR CAR!!!!! They didn’t even care! Inhuman! Will not ever recommend this place! He was critical and they didn’t care!!!!

My poor female dog just had a c section performed, 10 days later her stitches completely came undone that were suppose to dissolve. Her spleen was out and her intestines as well. We came to Rockwall to see if they could assist us with the emergency situation we had. Unfortunately the vet saw this as an opportunity to price gouge and take advantage of us… they originally told us cost would be between 800-1200. I took in my pregnant cat who was having issues. They charged over $500 for a "sorry" and what basically was a misdiagnosis. Apparently they're unable to read their own X-Rays that they take. Then quoted me a $2000 operation. These are crooks, taking advantage of pet owners. Go to Mesquite. Go to Dallas. Put these people out of business.
