RecommendedAn astonishing animal hospital for an emergency intake — even at 11 p.m. on a Sunday night. Veterinarian, Dr. Tino Luehman, is one of the best vets I’ve known and hope she’ll be my 7-year-old cat Steinway’s permanent vet. Simply put — Rocky Gorge is better run, with better care and staff than most human hospitals.
I drive from Leesburg, VA to Rocky Gorge, they are by far the best Veterinary practice! While all the vets are good, Sallie is my favorite.
Best animal hospital ever. Dr Wolchinsky and his staff are first rate vets, caring and compassionate. Love knowing there is a 24/7 ER if I have an issue.

Rocky Gorge have hands down been the best vet practice I have ever encountered. Two years ago my corgi, Dezi, went through an ordeal with bladder stones. Long story short she had the stones removed surgically, but suffered complications and had an emergency stay at Rocky Gorge for a week. We thought we were going to lose our girl. Rocky Gorge's team saved her life, they went above and beyond for her and my family. Not only were they incredible during this time, but we had many follow up visits and they didn't miss a beat. On Father’s Day of 2019 I took my thirteen year old dachshund Lady to the Rocky Gorge emergency room. She had been sick the previous week and we had taken her to a different vet and were awaiting blood results. Lady only got worse the next couple days and it was late Sunday night when we took her Rocky Gorge. They were very kind and reassuring when we arrived.
