Excellent service, very good with pets, & empathetic towards people & their pets. My dog has Addisons disease and the medications for him can be quite expensive. When another vet diagnosed him with the disease, they offered to put him to sleep, even though he was able to live a full & productive life with the medicines. Have been going to Rocky Gorge for 25 years with all my dogs that I have had. Love everything about the hospital and staff. My special Doc is Dr. Steve. But have always had a caring experience with whoever I have seen.
I am a 20+ year customer. From puppies to old dogs, from routine to 2am (more than once!), I am happy to have trustworthy vets who keep my dogs healthy and happy and well adjusted.
Love this place!! Even with two critical cases that came in to the ER after I did, they saw me in a timely fashion. Trust them with testing and diagnostics, offered various treatments/approaches with cost in mind. Wonderful staff, courteous and attentive! Dr. Robinson is great!! You need her on day shift 😉
Had our first appointment with Dr. Weiler today and I am SO thrilled with this awesome practice! EVERYONE made me feel so welcome and they were fabulous with Cooper! I am so glad I took the advice of friends and moved to this practice - thank you so much for being professional, friendly and for taking so much time to answer all of my questions, listen to my concerns and make me feel like you truly cared! I brought my 2 cats in today for their first well visit with Rocky gorge and it was an amazing experience. the front desk staff was polite and smiling the moment we walked in; they made us feel welcome right away. The vet assistant was gentle and sweet with my kitties, I could see they were in good hands. We saw Dr. Weiler and she was awesome, she even let my 3 year old son listen to his kitty's heart beat. Chuy absolutely loves coming to Rocky Gorge (and we’ve been there many times!). That your dog loves going to the vet means they’re doing something right. We have always received excellent treatment and I take comfort knowing they’re always there for emergencies.
