Grace and Deirdre are two amazing women. The took time to walk us through our repairs and upgrading my pendant chain. The two items are very important to me and they handled the whole experience with elegance and knowledge! They have secured R&H as my go to jewelry store!! Absolutely amazing! Tiffany was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Very high energy and can laugh and joke with her. There's no judgement and you definitely know quickly it's a mom and pops kind of place. You tell them what you like, give ideas and they help you find exactly what you want. This one's for Grace! I walked into Rogers & Hollands with a ring from brilliant earth in TEARS. I don't agree with brilliant earths warranty and having to mail my ring in, I thought I was going to have to give my ring up and have a new ring built to get a proper warranty. The Store Manager, Tiffany, is amazing! She helped my fiancé create the perfect engagement ring for me. It's so beautiful. She is always so kind and helpful. My fiancé bought me a beautiful watch but I needed some links. Tiffany has been so helpful with the process. I just wanted to give recognition to a Store Manager that takes care of her clients. I can't wait to see what my wedding band looks like in the future.

At first I questioned if I would ever return to the store because I didn't have the best experience when looking for another watch. I ended up reaching out to corporate because of this and it was just a huge hassle. I ended up working directly with Tiffany, the manager, whom I should've just requested in the first place. My all time favorite jewelry store. I've been coming here for years and it's always the best of service. Susi Santiago @upmall, I'm talking to you. You make my visit to the store feel like I'm coming over to a friends place instead of a retail establishment. If ever I need anything pretty or sparkly I'm always coming here.

I was wandering the mall which BTW is in rough shape. (Not exceptable for a Simon Mall). I entered your store and immediately was greeted by Grace Catano, she commented on my bag (LV) and also noticed my jewelry. I have shopped here for years and have always had a good experience here. They have been helpful and honest with me. They will happily special order something if they do not have it in stock at there store.
