I went to SEVERAL other jewelers and they only wanted to sell me the first ring I saw. Some even recommended to purchase rings and then return them later if I didn't like it! They were very CLEARLY only after my money, but Rogers and Hollands made a relationship with us! They taught us about types of rings, different materials and colors, sizes, clarities, and even about lab-made rings! Tiffany was great! Very customized customer service and was truly listening to what we liked and worked with us to find exactly what we wanted and with concern for our budget. Much better service than Kay's and they have the best protection plan around! Prices were fair but the level of service and selection was well worth the price!

Susie Santiago is WONDERFUL!!! My fiancée is planning some sort of surprise wedding and she has been a huge help in the designing and ordering of our rings. I got my fiancée's ring last night and she went above and beyond in making sure he got exactly what he wanted. It's PERFECT!!
