My daughter got her engagement ring here and they suck!! Told her it had imperfections several times and finally had proof it was chipped and cracked! Then sent the same diamond back to her after telling her she could choose a different diamond.. She had the insurance on it and everything.. They don’t care about their customers or their diamonds they sell.. Will never step foot in this store again.. Will buy my jewelry elsewhere at a store that stands behind what they sell and won’t lie to your face!! Buyers beware...
My husband bought me a small diamond ring for Valentine's Day. I noticed the same day that one of the diamonds was missing. Luckily he had purchased the $50 insurance for resizing and if any of the diamonds fell out. We took the ring back to get the diamond put in and at the same time to have it resized. Went in on 2/24/17 with my boyfriend. After two years of dating the topic of marriage has been thrown around. I like most girls have planned their wedding on their own Pinterest boards. Worst jewelry store experience I've ever had. They charged our card and four weeks later we called to check on our order but they couldn't find it, so they charged us but didn't even order the ring. After a few phone calls and a visit to the store asking for our money back, they found our order. They offered us a $60 discount for the inconvenience and ordered the ring.
