Suzie was great! So helpful- we didn't end up buying from this store because the style clashed with what we were looking for, but we wanted to buy from her!
The sales associate Grace is extremely rude!!! Twice she has made remarks to me speaking on something she doesnt know true facts about. Back when I bought my wedding band she made the comment to me "well that one is no longer available so we need to love on, get over it, and find something else." But in fact she was talking about the wrong wedding band and the one o wanted WAS available and I still purchased it. We asked about a ring over 3 weeks ago on a weekend. Said they'd call us by Tuesday. By the following Friday, we hadn't heard from them, so we called. Get the response "we never called bc we haven't heard anything, and the jeweler is on vacation" ok... so they said again they would know something by this coming Tuesday, and would call us during the week. My friends story... "Rogers and Holland's jewelry store is a complete joke...THREE years ago I took my diamond in because it was chipped...and have been taking it back repeatedly since then...only to be told that it was dirty or that what I was seeing was an inclusion...well after losing my cool they sent it to corporate and holy hell they deemed it chipped! I was going to give it one but I have been in there a few times and one sales rep was honestly very helpful and kind so it got 2 stars .......But one time out of 5-6 times doesn't cut it, I recently went in there to look at Bulova watches and was in the market to purchase a Bulova, oddly I was ignored as I stood at the Bulova case waiting patiently for probably 10 minutes before finally walking out .....I watched the sales reps take care of 3 other customers that came in after me ......I could only wonder if my appearance of... read more
Went in on 2/24/17 with my boyfriend. After two years of dating the topic of marriage has been thrown around. I like most girls have planned their wedding on their own Pinterest boards. I had shopped around online and knew there was one ring at Rogers & Hollands that I wanted to look at. Around 4:40 we walked into the store and saw four sales associates. We went into the UP Mall store on 1/22, and we had a great experience with Gissella, but apparently Terika Corn is no longer the manager at this location. Now it is a girl named Jordan, and she is rude. Mostly to the employees but the customers got to witness it. My husband and I were floored at the way she was speaking to the employees.
