The gentleman name Kareem at Southridge’s location… I’ve been a customer since about 1982ish, started at Bayshore location. As I mention, Kareem was a gentleman with appreciative customer service skills, which seems to be missing elsewhere, and character with great self awareness, which highlights his spiritual essence. It was a great experience. Thank you Kareem.

Purchased wedding rings for my husband & I, had my husband sized for an 8. Rings were boxed, we were sent on our way. After our wedding, my husband remarked that the ring was too loose. I didn't think it was an 8. Took it back to Dowson, whom had sized & sold us the ring. He said, "oh it's an 8.5". No apology, ok fine. They have to order one. I have called the last 3 days to find out where my 2 rings are and still have yet to get a response.. they keep taking my number down and saying they will call back but never do!!

My husband is still waiting for his replacement wedding band. He turned his in before Christmas to get an exchange for a different size. We were told by January 14th we would have it. Now he won’t get it until middle of February. We heard some of the dumbest excuses for why his ring won’t come in. This is ridiculous.
