Very helpful and friendly staff. I needed to replace a necklace that was too short but I wanted a product as close to the original as possible. The woman assisting me grabbed this giant book and we set out to find exactly what I wanted. All of my questions and concerns were taken into consideration, and the product was ordered and delivered to the store within about a weeks time. I have bought jewelry from here for the last year and half and had no problems with any type of service from repairs to cleanings. Thank you to Katie and her staff for being there and just a week ago one of my diamonds fell out of my ring and Lori noticed it on the floor at which point it was sent out and repaired and I picked it up this morning. My mom and I came up with the brilliant idea of getting matching pinky rings for my sister, mom, and I. But we had one problem; we didn't know the size of our pinkies! After having a lot of trouble with a very delicate ring, we decided to do a buy-out and find one that would fit my lifestyle much better. It was fun to look at new rings and try other things on. This is the best jewelry store! Katie the manager at this location is awesome! They are very friendly, honest, and they take their time explaining things to you and are very detail orientated. I love that they make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and they really do go the extra mile for their customers. If you need jewelry definitely go to this store you won't regret it!

The service my husband and I received was very good. The girl who assisted us was very pleasant and helpful as a matter of fact we ended up buying two rings, both were on sale. If you should ever go into the store her name is Hureyah Rasoul.
