I have been married 5 years when we first bought my engagement ring there they had awesome staff. But now forget it they are rude I bring my rings in like I am told to for my warranty and every time they give me a hard time. When I worked at Mayfair mall they were awesome never had a problem now I dread going in there. I think you should give your employees a class on customer service

Very bad Customer Service!! Heidi is a very rude, obnoxious lady. Was lied to about the length of time it would take to have a ring sized and have bishop bumps on it. Do not trust them on anything!!!!!!!!! I canceled my order right there. Will never recommend this Jewelry Chain to anyone!
As an update: I reached out to them about my review regarding the customer service I received from them (as they asked me to do) and I got 1 email back with a generic apology and never heard from them again.
