I took my mom's wedding ring in to be checked. They recommended replacing three prongs and the base for the diamond. I picked it up today. Mom just got out of skilled nursing. When I gave her the ring, she burst out crying. The ring looked BRAND NEW!! She only wished my dad could have seen how beautiful it looked. I HIGHLY recommend Rogers and Hollands for not only not only new jewelry, but any repairs needed

I was looking for a gemstone ring for myself. The Store Manager, Theresa Holden assisted me. I found a beautiful natural blue sapphire and diamond ring in white gold, which was too small to try on my ring finger. I loved the ring and decided to buy it and have it sized. My phone battery was very low and my phone was about to shut off, when Theresa kindly offered to charge my phone for me. Robert Zimmy was great! My dad bought my moms engagement ring from Rogers and Hollands years ago, so she went there to get her ring polished. Mine was not from there and I have tiny diamonds on my band which they told me was risky. Instead, Robert gave me jeweler cleaner in a nice gift bag to take home! Thank you!!

This store and employees are wonderful. Amazing customer service!! Especially Stephanie and Carrie. I had an issue with my ring having to be fixed and re-sized. Verragio was not very helpful and I am so thankful for Stephanie and Carrie. They contacted me with regular updates and assisted in every way possible. They made my experience so great and I highly recommend them and the store. -Audrey

I've purchased two rings from Rodgers and Hollands in Vernon Hills. The first time was a quick, easy, experience for a promise ring. The second time I went in wanting to design an engagement ring from scratch. The manager, Stephanie, needs HUGE kudos. She was/is amazing. She sat me down and went over all of the aspects of designing a ring.
