Thank you Rogers and Hollands for helping me recreate a charm my grandfather gave me. I was heartbroken when I realized it was lost and feel so thankful you were able to recreate it perfectly. Thank you for giving me back such a special charm! I feel complete having it back around my neck.

Great custom made rings! My fiancé and I wanted to order a custom made engagement ring and most other companies were going to charge us significantly more. Zales would have charged us over three times as much and Michael Hill was going to charge us twice as much as Rogers and Hollands. Kay came close but they were still about $500 more expensive. I have been buying my jewelry at Rogers and Holland's for about 10 years now. After seeing many managers come and go ... They finally got it right ! Hope is the new store manager and since she has token over my husband and I have been buying everything we think we want ... From custom jewelry and upgrades. Her knowledge of diamonds and customer service makes every purchase we made perfect and fun. We will definitely be back :)

had a very disappointing experience at Roger's & Hollands in Vernon Hills. I came in with my boyfriend's mother to look at engagement rings, which should have been an exciting and special moment. When I told the sales associate that I was looking for engagement rings for myself, she simply pointed to a section and said they were "over there." There is a female supervisor at the hawthorn mall in Vernon hills location that has no business being a supervisor. Instead of trying to be calm and compassionate with a customer she is curt and rude and lacks one ounce of empathy. I've had to deal with her on more than one occasion due to bringing my ring in for inspection so this was not just a one time encounter. My fiance and I went into this store to purchase wedding bands since we had gift certificates. The salesman (Robert), was pushy and trying to do anything to get the sale. We went ahead and picked out our wedding bands and purchased them. Him and another employee tried multiple times to process the transaction because they were unsure it they did it correctly. Special ordered a charm and paid extra to have the loop made larger so it could be put on a larger chain. I received a call that it was ready for pickup so the next day I went over lunch to get it. Of course, it didn't have the loop done. I was told it would be done the following Wednesday, so I waited until the following Thursday and went back on my lunch to pick it up. Warning, do not make the same mistake my wife and I made. We treated Rogers and Hollands as the only jewelry store. The thought was if we were considered loyal customers they will take care of us. They don't. Their customer service is absolutely awful. They lie and don't take care of their customers.

It seems that 9 out of 10 times that I go to get my rings cleaned at this location, someone in the store manages to make me feel uncomfortable or just simply annoyed, but tonight really topped it off for me. There was no customers in the store so I figured since I was at the mall I would pop in to get my rings cleaned.
