Left me with no paperwork, didn't treat me like a person. I took my broken ring that they put a new diamond in to McGee. I know they stand behind what they do. They also told me the mount Rogers and Holland used was too small and brittle which is what caused me to almost lose my diamond. "Shannon" the manager's customer service skills were so lacking, I don't know if she is suited to work with people. If you want a company that stands behind their work this is not the mall jewelry store for you.
