Came in with an odd-sized bracelet that needed fitting, Maxwell and Ashley spent 15 minutes working the pin into place to make the bracelet fit. Great folks, happy to work with you for as long as it takes!

Recieved a watch for Christmas and needed to have some links taken out. I tried to do it at home with no luck. Stopped in to Rogers & Hollands after work and they were happy to help me. Josh was very friendly and did a great job getting my watch to fit just right. Thank you again for your great service!

I went in for a size adjustment and the staff were very helpful and took time to make sure everything fit perfectly. It was a great experience and will definately be returning.

I had visited all of the area jewelry stores , but this store is now my all time favorite jewelry store. All of the employees are rockstars. They took their time assisting me and my family. Provided knowledgeable advice. Who could ask for more? Thank you

I first went to Kay Jewelers only to be disappointed with high prices for low quality wedding rings. Immediately after leaving Kay's I walked directly to Rogers & Hollands and was instantly relieved. Not only was the staff extremely knowledgeable about their jewelry but Jon helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. Lindsey Clark rocks my socks. Seriously, she knew exactly what I wanted in an engagement ring and helped point my fiancé in the right direction. Austin and Jon are incredible when it comes to watches. We only buy from R&H. Not a single complaint about the staff! Peg is a nice lady and always has a smile on her face! Love the College Mall Rogers and Hollands!
This is the only place in bloomington I have bought jewelry from in about 5 years. They do a wonderful job! Lindsey and Austin are amazing at customer service. They are two of the nicest people I have ever met! Peggy is just a wonderful! They are always smiling and cheerful when we come in!
Had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding band at this location. Austin and Lindsey were super nice even though my engagement ring is from another jeweler in KY. Lindsey cleaned my engagement ring for free. I will definitely be back with my fiancé to purchase my wedding band from here they are wonderful!!
