Got my wife's ring here. Definitely reasonable with quality rings. Staff were extremely friendly. They are always hospitable, informed, and they even remembered my name when I came back to get my wife's opinion on another ring. I recommend for others.

I bought my wife's engagement ring and our wedding rings here a few years ago. I looked all over town and up in Indy, I called stores everywhere, and these people were the best, hands down. Now it's the only place I go, and if they don't have what I want they'll get it or make it. Great selection, great prices, the best people in town. Go see Matt, the new manager. Tell him I sent you!

I went in tonight for the first time and was swiftly and pleasantly greeted and assisted! I came in for a watch battery for my Dad's watch and she professionally cleaned the watch and band before opening it cleaning the seal area and tested the old battery!! It still had juice but was very low so she replied it and reassembled the watch and detailed and sanitized the watch before returning it to my possession!!! I came in to have links removed from a watch band. Although I didn't buy the watch there, they were still very polite and took the time to do everything correctly. The employees were careful not the scratch the watch and recommended a few small adjustments to make it fit even better.

I had a ring that WOULD NOT come off of my finger, and trust me I had tried it all. I tried the floss trick, different oils, everything- but I had worn the ring for 2+years and in that two years my finger had outgrown my ring, it wasn't happening. When I walked in, searching for someone able to cut off my ring, Ashley was super helpful in cutting the ring for me, and made the process pain free and it only took a few moments. I would definitely recommend, the staff is really friendly and understanding.

A small thing, but really made my day: A pin sproinged off my watchband, and I walked in to ask if they could replace it. The nice man behind the repair counter did it as a courtesy at no charge. Very much appreciated!

My boyfriend and I went to browse engagement rings and left with a beautiful ring that I absolutely love!! Joey helped so much while we picked out the ring and was attentive throughout the whole process. Josh was also a great help, and they made the everything so easy. Would definitely recommend!
