Went there for the first time on Saturday, Started off With Tara a sales Rep. She did a great job showing me a few different watches. Then I ask a question about how the watch was sealed. She Brought another sales Rep Dana over and he answered all my questions very easily, Very Knowledgeable person. I did buy the watch and plan on going back in the future. I have not bought a ring yet but I went in to look with my girlfriend at the woodland location and Maya helped us. She was AMAZING, she did not try to pressure us into buying anything, she was super patient and answered all of the questions that we had (a lot). My sister is a photographer and has people ask her often where they should go to look at rings she will now recommend Rogers and Holland's!

Trisha who works at the 28th street location was beyond phenomenal I went in there with my friend yesterday who is autistic and was super excited and nervous all at the same time to pick out an engagement ring for his girlfriend and while al the other stores gave dirty looks when we said his budget and we just rude Trisha came to the rescue she was very polite and welcoming making him feel like a friend not just someone who couldn't afford the $4,000 engagement rings most people I'm sure go in for instead she pulled out all ... read more

Went in looking for a specific kind of ring and the salesperson wasn't as knowledgeable about what they had but the manager stepped in and helped me. He was very interactive with us and found what I was looking for. I did purchase the warranty, hoping I never have to use it and hoping if I do use it - my experience will be a good one. More to come if I ever use the warranty.
