RecommendedVery impressed. They are the only ones at Woodland Mall who do repairs in house. Even though the gentleman was getting ready to leave, he took time to repair my necklace then and there!

RecommendedOnly jeweler that talked to us as soon as we walked in. That made waiting for the other customers get served better than just being ignored.
So incredibly upset! Your sales lady Linda told us if we do the progressive leasing for my husbands ring we would get charged $79 a month, and no fees or interest for the first 3 months, well we just got the bill today; and it says we will be charged $150 every two weeks and in those 3 months of time we will be charged an extra $288 due to interest/fee! I’m so upset and don’t appreciate being lied to! Now we have to figure out what we can do! Or better yet, you guys should make this right for us!!!

I've been waiting well over two months for a repair on my wedding ring that should have taken 3-4 weeks. IF i ever get my ring back I will NEVER come back. I do NOT recommend to anyone....if you ever actually want to wear your ring. Really wish Wood TV 8 would get involved because this company is a crook!!
This is from four years ago, but back then there wasn't an official page for this store. I will report my experience here so others are aware: "Avoid this jewelry store if possible.If you must use them, don't get anything special ordered or worked on.They'll jerk you around for weeks on the special order, and getting work done comes back cheaply made." They seriously don't have their ducks in a row with their stores and billing department. Something was returned and they never showed transaction in their billing department so we have been dealing with them for well over a month and a half now trying to get this issue taken care of. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a jewelry store. Dealt with multiple unprossional workers and was told completely inaccurate information regarding a watch and the warranty. Had watch sent out with a 6 week turn around for them to not misinform the company (Movado) on why it was even being sent out. Then was told that I should have read the fine print before purchasing since I was told wrong information by their employee.
