Most of my jewelry pieces ( diamond ring/ pendants/ earrings) are bought there. Made 3 appointments to finally meet the jeweler on site to resize. While he tried hard to sell me on other services ( replace diamond/ new prongs) after 7 years of having owned multiple pieces I felt no attempt was made to stand by their product. Why not simply buy online at 50% off???? Why pay for service if there is clearly none? Poor customer service even when speaking with their manager Kodie Palmer. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered my wedding ring December 2018. We called them in February to see where it might be and they reacted confused and claimed it was back ordered. Ring came in late March, tried it on in April, didn't fit, it was a full size too small. I was told because it was not winter anymore like when I ordered it. Kept calling, kept calling. Finally got the ring in two days before my wedding in June, only half a size smaller than before. Had to bring it back in the day after my wedding to get it ... read more

If I could I would give it a zero. I went in to try on some rings as I have been with my significant other for about 8 years and I wanted to get some ideas for an engagement ring. First, a young lady helped me and was very nice and accommodating but then some man stepped in and took over for her. I was trying on rings for some time when he asked what my price range would be. As a 22 year old and 23 year old, my now husband and I visited many jewelers, and ended up at Roger's and Holland's in Woodland Mall. We asked lots of questions and were made to feel like we were informed buyers. We purchased a diamond in a solitaire setting with a matching band. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a jewelry store. Dealt with multiple unprossional workers and was told completely inaccurate information regarding a watch and the warranty. Had watch sent out with a 6 week turn around for them to not misinform the company (Movado) on why it was even being sent out. Then was told that I should have read the fine print before purchasing since I was told wrong information by their employee. Wish I could give them a lower rating. Bought my wife a ring in Florence, Italy and needed it resized. First they resized it to the wrong size (they took the measurement and when we got it back it was too small), so they took it back to fix the sizing. First they failed to call us when it was done and when we finally tracked it down with them, the center band of the ring did not spin as it did originally. Decent selection of rings. The majority of the staff is helpful, but unfortunately, Samantha is most often the one working the engagement counter. She seems very bitter when it's not a "guaranteed sale." When I said I wasn't interested in a "huge" ring and preferred a certain style, she basically told me what was wrong with what I wanted; and responds very bitterly by saying things like "Well what you're looking for isn't made, you need to go custom." DONT SHOP HERE EVER!!!!!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!!! My husband bought my engagement ring and bands here, we bought his ring here and originally had no issues. My husband had his ring less than a year before the first issue and it was replaced following that there were 3 more times we had to return it for multiple issues, the diamonds popped out, the finished peeled off more than once. Go to Jareds! I regret purchasing my ring here. Awful service and constantly changing policies or warranties without notice. My engagement ring and wedding band have 2 different warranties of which I just was informed. Twice as expensive as chains and having to get my ring cleaned every 6 months to maintain their warranty is so impractical.
