I purchased a single cognac diamond earring. I had a great deal of difficulty with the comfort and the fit. The staff went out of their way to return it to the jeweler three times to make sure I was completely satisfied. I now have exactly what I was picturing! Because of their willingness to keep trying to make things right for me, I am an extremely satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this store.
