We chose Rogers and Hollands for the engagement ring and wedding band because of their protection plan that does not require inspections every 6 months, as well as their 12 months no interest financing. They are beautiful rings and their customer service was amazing. We actually ordered online and one of their representatives assisted over chat with finding the right rings and helping me with requesting the right sizing even when it wasn't listed on the website for that ring. This location is the best. Jason is always wonderful to work with and remembers his customers by name every time we walk in there he comes over to greet us with a smile and a hand shake. He makes us feel like we have known each other for a long time. He is very knowledgeable and takes all the time in the world to work with you and explain the differences in products. Had a very had experience the first time in the store. But going back to have my ring sized the second time I worked with Kathy. She is AMAZING!! Very caring and professional. Would not work with anyone else at that store.
I purchased my engagement ring this past September from This location and I could not be happier. I worked with Allie and she was quite knowledgeable and willing to find a good quality ring within my budget. we brought the ring in to get it sized and because i purchased the protection plan, i didn't have to pay anything extra. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands and my engagement ring from a different location originally but we always come to this one because it is closer. I have never had an issue with any of my stones coming out of my settings. Its going on 17 1/2 years strong, even with a resize 2 years ago. I also purchased an emerald & sterling silver ring from them last year and I love it!
Janice at the Brookfield location provided me with incredible service and kindness after having my ring inspected and repaired.
Our experience at Rogers and Holland with Sales Associate, Taryn, has been memorable. She assisted us a year ago when we had to deal with the loss of losing a wedding ring and we recently went back to Taryn to upgrade for our 10 year anniversary. She was always available and went out of her way to order two additional rings for us to choose from to upgrade to the perfect ring.
