Kayla is very disrespectful to customers. She was rude and continued to speak very degrading to me when I was trying to return a ring. I have never felt so worthless. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. They don't care about people and once they make a sale you mean nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to get her and informed me to go where the manager was. This is the worst place to buy any jewelry. Don't go here if you want to feel like a real person. rogers & hollands is a night mare! i took my ring back to rogers & holland's three weeks ago for the second time (after they lost my ring & then returned it a month later without fixing anything the first time 2 months ago! ). again a complete nightmare!!! they had my ring for 2 weeks with the same goal of "rebuilding the shank". i picked it up last weekend to find my ring still has not been fixed. the shank is thinner! in fact, it is now unwearable. the shank is so thin, that it is sharp edged and hurts to be worn... read more

My BEAUTIFUL wedding set is from here. Absolutely love it! But each time it goes in to get cleaned up or have stones tighted it comes back with something wrong with it. Examples: I had it sized - months later the band broke IN HALF!!! I purchased an upgraded center stone and it had to go back 4 times to have the stones tightened, all within 2 months! Thought I'd let everyone know that although Roger and Hollands replies to each of the reviews with their "apologies" they do not in fact get back to you. They asked for my contact information, which I provided three weeks ago, and they have yet to respond.

I had bought an anniversary band in 2001. I had consistently kept up with the inspections thru-out the years, every 6 months to be exact for the last 15 1/2 years. I took it in on May 18th to be resized since I have been unable to wear it the last year. I was to pick it up on May 28th with the cost of $83.00 I received a call from Janice on the 27th who informed me that my ring had 3 cracks in the band and 12 prongs that were loose and needed repair. Always thought that Rogers & Hollands would be my jeweler for life since the day that my then husband to be and I walked in the store and purchased our wedding bands. Since then we purchased several pieces both for myself (a one of a kind Mothers' Ring) and for my daughter (her sweet 16 amethyst ring). However, the customer service has headed south FAST. The service I received was unacceptable! I took my engagement ring in to get it resized, and after it took them two weeks I went to pick it up and it was still not sized correctly. After ANOTHER week of them having it, it was finally correct. Before I picked it up I called to make sure it was sized correctly before I wasted my gas to drive there again, Janice (a worker there) was extremely rude to me and also had to deal with her when I picked it up. Have made many purchases from Rogers & Hollands and had been satisfied, until our last purchase of a diamond ring for my wife. Had so many problems, sent ring out to be sized they switched the ring sent back with inferior diamonds, numerous times. Over a 3 month period they had the ring more than we did. Finally received a ring to discover my wife was allergic to it. It was white gold which we were told is the same as gold but it is not! My wife is allergic to the metals they put in to make white.
