Rogers & Holland’s SUCKS. They have LOST MY WEDDING RING! I took my wedding ring in one month ago to get it fixed for the hundredth time (platinum keeps bending/mis-shaping. They keep thinning it out, to reshape it. I took my wedding band in last week to ONLY have it resized, with explicit written orders to NOT buff out the brushed finish on my ring. They promised it would not be touched. Well, apparently their jeweler WALTER likes to take liberties and not follow written instructions, because my ring came back polished completely smooth “restored to like new condition”...which is ignorant because my ring was a brushed band when we bought it brand new over 20 years ago!
